Fixed an issue in GIF Grid Combiner where width and height values were forcibly reset to minimum or maximum limits while typing. The existing constraints of integers between 64 and 1280 pixels and within 1 million total pixels remain in place, with clear reasons now shown for invalid inputs. Explanatory text was also aligned with actual behaviors including parallel merging of multiple GIFs, videos, and still images with muted output, with no frame-by-frame advance feature.

Corrected the initial Pulsar pattern in Game of Life so its period-three oscillation can be observed. Updated the lightweight spaceship description to match its direction of travel, and preserved the board aspect ratio on narrow screens.

Dimensions, weight, and quantity in the Shipping Box Estimator can now be cleared and re-entered. Invalid values display an explanation while results retain the last confirmed values. Removed misleading AI and optimal-packing labels and weight-only carrier recommendations from the English interface, and identified rates as unverified fixed reference values.

Aligned Flight Arrival Time Calculator descriptions with its local arrival date/time and dual-city timeline. Removed directions inferred solely from UTC offsets and sleep or health recommendations, and updated the English tool name. UTC offsets and daylight saving time remain manually configured.

In Reversi, added an optional hint feature (Light 1-ply, Standard 3-ply, Strong 5-ply, or OFF) that functions independently of the opponent AI's three difficulty levels. Strong mode computes via a separate background process within the device, cancels prior calculations when the board changes or when turned OFF, and reuses evaluated positions within local device memory. The displayed relative evaluation scores (30-90) do not represent win rates or absolute game state and do not guarantee victory or best moves, while Undo and pass handling have also been fixed.

In 3D Cube, fixed an issue where previous operations continued moving the cube if a reset was triggered while shuffling or replaying a solution. Resetting now synchronously restores the cube state, move history, and animations back to their initial state.

Fixed older audio loads overwriting the latest selection when files were selected consecutively. The Audio Editor also supports selecting the same file again and retrying after load errors. Changing audio settings or the visualizer theme now invalidates the previous saved result and prompts a new recording; long English recording labels wrap within the button.

Top-page controls remain usable when favorites data is corrupted or storage is unavailable. Updated the English directory descriptions for Reversi, Flight Arrival Time, and Digital Stamp to match their capabilities, and aligned site-wide processing descriptions with a client-side focus and selected external-service exceptions.

Fixed an issue in the loan calculator where extremely small positive interest rates caused an erroneous full payoff in the first month. The tool now checks valid ranges (integers from 1 to 50 years, 1 million to 500 million JPY, and 0% to 15% annual interest), displaying the reason and hiding results when inputs fall outside these limits. We also fixed a display issue where the bonus payment under principal equal payment did not match the same month's regular payment, and adjusted calculation examples for 0% interest short-term loans.

In the FX stop-out calculator, scenarios with insufficient margin, an initial margin level at or below the threshold, or no calculable rate now display "—" with an explanation instead of an invalid price. Spreads are shown as independent reference values, and notes clarify that results are estimates based on fixed margin. We also added an example button with typical conditions such as a 100k JPY balance and 150 JPY entry price.

Expanded our OCR and CSV articles in both English and Japanese. We added verification samples, concrete configuration parameters, output previews, and file check procedures, along with practical instructions for correcting misrecognized characters, choosing character encodings, and preserving leading zeros.

Suppressed unnecessary script prefetching for unselected tools and revised the icon loading scope across the top page, menus, category lists, and featured pages. This reduces unnecessary data fetching when browsing directory lists.

The Japanese salary calculator now sets actual social insurance premium entry as default, distinguishing unentered fields from zero yen while still allowing zero to be entered explicitly. When resident tax status is unconfirmed, estimated tax and net pay are withheld until verified. We also added an example for 5 million yen annual income; calculations are estimates based on selected assumptions rather than official tax exemption determinations.

Added a sample transaction button that loads a sequence of buying 1 unit at 1M JPY per unit, selling 0.5 units at 2M JPY per unit, and buying 1 unit at 3M JPY per unit. This lets you compare calculated profits between the total average method (0 JPY) and moving average method (500,000 JPY). The reference tax increase is calculated based on the total average method profit.

Added sample load buttons featuring three lines of Japanese text in both a sharp 1200x330 image and a scaled-down 360x99 image. You can test text recognition and export results without preparing your own images. The source text, extracted output, and saved files are also published in our practical guide.

Added sample data to test merging two single-page PDFs (A and B) in reverse order (B to A) and extracting page A from the merged file. You can load these samples in the tool to try out merging and extraction, while previews of the finished pages are available in the practical guide. We also clarified instructions for rearranging page order by entering page numbers like "2,1".

Added a multi-sheet Excel sample containing "Data" and "Other" sheets to demonstrate how leading zeros (e.g., 00123), Japanese text, commas, quotes, and line breaks are handled during CSV export and XLSX import. CSV conversion processes only the selected sheet without preserving formatting, formulas, or unselected sheets. We also fixed an issue where delayed background reading could overwrite newer selections after switching files or resetting, and updated the English interface to reload the preview upon changing character encodings.

Data fidelity: The JSON/YAML/TOML Converter (Japanese and English) now standardizes handling of nested structures, empty containers, and quoted strings, returning clear errors for unsupported values such as null in TOML rather than silently discarding them. In the English-only Markdown Editor, code-block contents are retained even when a closing fence is missing, and inline code is no longer mistakenly converted to emphasis.

Calculations and logic: In Flight Arrival Time (Japanese and English), arrival times and the minute-level timeline end are now calculated directly from the manually entered UTC offset and daylight saving settings, eliminating shifts caused by the device timezone. In the English-only Reversi AI, the AI search now continues through a forced pass when one player has no legal moves but the opponent can still play.

Temporary storage: In Temporary Notepad (Japanese and English), deleting the last note no longer causes previous text to reappear, and save failures are now explicitly reported instead of failing silently. When a save error occurs or changes are made in another tab, the tool alerts you while preserving your current draft.

File output and actions: In the English-only HEIC Converter, exported file extensions now match the format of the already-generated image even if settings are changed after conversion. In targeted tools, selected copy actions now confirm only after clipboard writes succeed and report an alert if the write fails.

Cumulative Summary: This release compiles and documents the series of phased tool fixes and documentation revisions rolled out across September and October. It reflects a consolidation of previously deployed updates rather than a single sudden release or the addition of brand-new tools.

Japanese Documentation: We reviewed all 202 Japanese tool pages, updating guidance, FAQs, supported boundaries, and limitations across 197 pages while retaining existing technical explanations on 5 pages. This represents content alignment with actual tool behavior rather than the addition of new tools.

English Documentation and Interface: Across 192 English tool pages, we updated 191 pages and retained 1, aligning descriptions, interface labels, and error messages with actual functionality. The updates leverage our revised Japanese documentation while adapting to English-specific interface details.

Blog Guides: Across 36 total blog pages in English and Japanese, we revised 33 pages and preserved 3 to match our current tool implementations. Updates clarify supported file formats, calculation assumptions, step-by-step instructions, and related tool recommendations.

Data Processing: Quotes, duplicate headers, and column validation in CSV/TSV converters, as well as nested type preservation in YAML/JSON conversion, were resolved. Encoding conversion rejects unrepresentable characters, while text diff backtracking restoration and Morse code mappings were repaired.

Calculations: Japanese era transition dates, school-year cutoffs, and timezone date calculations for business days and calendars were corrected. Mixed tax aggregation calculates estimated combined totals. Missing properties, electron shells, and spectra in the periodic table are explicitly marked as unavailable rather than filled with fabricated values.

Media: Audio tools provide independent pitch and tempo processing alongside PCM WAV export. GIF compositing and video tools corrected frame timing and disposal handling between actual animation frames. SVG path parsing and dragging, aspect ratio preservation, and matching file extension outputs were also corrected.

Input & Security: Security generators stop when cryptographically secure random values are unavailable. Regular expressions run in a stoppable Worker with execution deadlines and size limits. Parsers reject dangerous path segments alongside structural collisions, SVG badges escape inputs, and RSA PKCS#1 exports only the selected byte range.

State & Operations: Targeted tools enforce storage import limits and prioritize the latest generation, applying best-effort rollback and partial-change warnings for local and session storage. Port check cancellation requests a network abort and ignores stale results, while audio recording cleanup, error handling, and copy alerts were repaired.

Guidance and Privacy: We removed claims for unsupported features and overstated privacy guarantees, replacing them with clear documentation of supported formats, calculation baselines, and browser variations. Guides now transparently distinguish local browser processing from external network requests, providing accurate expectations for outputs and limitations.

Platform & Formats: Updated Next.js, js-yaml, and SheetJS, adding code-page registration for legacy Japanese CP932 XLS files. English CSV exports now output UTF-8 text with a single BOM to avoid binary interpretation issues and null characters.

Verification: All updates were verified via static builds, type checks, regression tests, HTML validation, representative UI tests, and production response consistency. Known issues continue to be addressed, as not all environments and input variations can be exhaustively verified.

Added custom board creation and text paste modes to Slide Puzzle (15 Puzzle). Users can now input custom number arrangements or paste puzzle states to automatically solve them with real-time A* algorithm animations and mathematical parity checks for solvability.

Improved the iPhone Photo (HEIC/HEIF) Converter to fix decoding errors on Windows and specific browsers. A 3-tier fallback decoder now ensures reliable high-quality conversion to JPEG/PNG.
