1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ZeroTools (hereinafter "this website", "we", or "us") regarding your access to and use of all web applications, utility tools, calculators, content, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). 2. Client-Side Data Processing Architecture

ZeroTools provides tools that process data in your browser, including image and PDF editing. However, speech recognition may use an external service supplied by your browser, and information lookups such as exchange rates use external APIs. Check each tool’s processing and network requirements before use.

Loading pages, libraries, or AI models, as well as advertising and analytics, may involve network requests. Offline availability depends on the feature and what has already loaded. Tools with saving features may retain data in LocalStorage or IndexedDB after a tab is closed.

3. Free Access & No Account Required

The Service is provided free of charge for personal, educational, and commercial purposes without requiring registration or user account creation. Users are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the equipment, software, and internet connectivity required to access the Service.

4. Prohibited Activities

When utilizing the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Violating applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Using the Service for criminal activities, malicious payload creation, or unlawful content distribution.
  • Interfering with, disrupting, or placing an unreasonable load on the Service's infrastructure or networks.

5. Intellectual Property & Output Ownership

All source code, user interface designs, trademarks, brand assets, and structural editorial content hosted on this website remain the intellectual property of ZeroTools and its licensors.

Ownership of Generated Output: All data, modified files, converted images, formatted code, and computational results produced by Users through the use of the Service belong entirely to the User. ZeroTools claims no copyright, intellectual property rights, or licensing royalties over your generated content. You are free to use your output for personal and commercial endeavors.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we endeavor to maintain the highest standard of algorithm accuracy and reliability, we do not warrant that calculations, conversions, or code optimizations are error-free or suitable for critical financial, legal, or mission-critical engineering applications.

Under no circumstances shall ZeroTools or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including data loss, hardware malfunctions, or computational discrepancies.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service or any tool component at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the site operator.
